1) order & installation
Select "telematics" on the configurator. The hardware will be added to the overall cost and the vehicle will get delivered with Masternaut’s hardware installed.

2) access to the online platform
The service contract is directly with Masternaut (3-year term). Masternaut contact the customer after the purchase - please fill in the contact form now.

Masternaut support and service the customer throughout the contract term. Customers get 24/7 access to a web-based support portal to record any service requests.
